Brazilian Sugar Cane Yearbook

Expanding the agricultural frontier is not the only solution for ensuring the necessary raw material. Technology is making strides towards deriving more products from the same space and, to this end, farmers have access to a wide range of new cultivars. They will help them dive into the uncharted sugarcane territories indicated by the long waited Sugarcane Agroecological Zoning program, disclosed by the federal government in 2009.
